Membership
Membership is open to individuals and groups from all cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Groups may appoint a representative or merely endorse in principle the aims of the coalition. There is no registration fee, but donations are welcome and needed.
Affiliation
Individual organizations are represented by an appointed spokesperson or, on a voluntary basis, by individual members of the organization. The coalition works on a co-operative basis with other groups that have other commitments but similar beliefs.

Administration
The coalition is administered by an executive committee which co-ordinates the actions of a number of sub-committees. These include coalition organization, political liaison, media relations, public education, research and reports, and fund-raising initiatives. An appointed treasurer and three co-signing officers administer all funds.
